Privacy Policy

for the app Do It For Him · last updated 2 September 2026
Do It For Him is a habit tracker for iPhone. This policy explains what the app stores, where it is kept, and who can see it. It is short, because there is very little to explain.
In short: the app has no network connection at all. It does not collect, transmit or receive anything. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party services. Everything you enter stays on your own iPhone.

1. Who is responsible?

Do It For Him is made by one person. If you have a question about this policy, write to the address above.

2. What the app stores on your device

Everything below is saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone. None of it is sent anywhere.

3. What the app does not do

This is why the app's App Store privacy label says Data Not Collected.

4. Notifications

The daily reminder is optional and off until you turn it on. When it is on, the app asks iOS for permission to show notifications and then schedules them on your own device, up to two weeks ahead. The text is one of the character's lines and may include the name you entered, and it is put together on your iPhone. No push server is involved, and nothing about the reminder is sent to me or to anyone else.

You can turn the reminder off in the app, or withdraw the permission entirely under Settings → Notifications → Do It For Him on your iPhone.

5. How long is it kept?

Your data stays on your iPhone until you change it or delete it. Deleting the app removes all of it, and there is no copy anywhere else, because no copy was ever made.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, that backup may include this app's data, in the same way it includes data from your other apps. That backup is between you and Apple, and I have no access to it.

6. Children

Do It For Him is rated 17+ and is intended for older teens and adults. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly store information about children.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data, and the right to have it corrected or erased. Because the app has no network connection and no account, I hold no data about you, so there is nothing for me to hand over or delete. You have all of it on your own device, and you can view, change or erase it in the app or by deleting the app.

If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

8. Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, the policy is updated here and the date at the top changes with it. This page is the current version.
